Nellie’s passion for pregnancy, labor, and family began when she was a little girl. She has always loved nuturing new life through gardening, caring for animals, and supporting families. Along with working as a doula, she is a Pilates instructor with special interest and extensive training in pre and postnatal Pilates. She loves using movement and exercise to help women ease pregnancy discomfort, reconnect with their body after birth, and feel empowered in their own skin at any stage of life. She strives to meet families where they are, with a particular focus on promoting perinatal mental health. She offers judgement-free support and encouragement for clients based on their unique family circumstance, preferences, birth plan, and parenting choices.
