Cara is one of the most genuine, compassionate people you will ever meet. Her huge heart and passion for helping women and families make her an invaluable member of any doula team. Cara has been a trained Postpartum & Bereavement Doula and Infant Care Specialist, since 2016. Focusing mostly on overnight postpartum care, over the past decade she has supported many families with their twins and triplets.

She has also volunteered with a baby loss organization and a military postpartum wellness group and has been a Gestational Surrogate three times, helping several couples achieve their parenting dreams. Not only is she an IVF warrior herself, but she has worked professionally in the surrogacy industry as a Case Manager. She is a recently Certified Fertility Coach.

Originally from Massachusetts, Cara homeschooled her two children all the way through their educational journeys. She and her family have resided in North Carolina since 2023. Her hobbies include hiking, reading, and spoiling two Yorkies.
