Ashley Fields

With a lifelong passion for supporting children and families, Ashley brings a unique blend of education, caregiving, and community connection to her work as a doula. She holds a master's degree in Early Childhood Education and spent 13 years as an elementary school teacher before owning and operating a preschool for the next 10 years. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the importance of nurturing relationships.

As a certified labor doula, postpartum doula and infant care specialist, She is honored to walk alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood. Her goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support while helping parents feel confident, informed, and empowered as they welcome their newest family member.

When I'm not supporting families, you'll often find me creating pottery in my studio at Doe Ridge Pottery. Working with clay reminds me that, much like birth and parenthood, beautiful things are created with patience, care, and intention.

Living and working in a close-knit small community is something she truly treasures. She believe in building meaningful relationships and caring for families beyond the birth experience. Ashley understands it is a privilege to support her neighbors during one of life's most transformative journeys and is committed to helping every family feel seen, supported, and valued.
