This childbirth class meets once, allowing you dedicated time for you both to begin the process of preparation, connecting with your partner, and enjoying getting connected with other expectant couples. INCLUDES - Comfort Measures - Non-medical pain techniques

Limited to 4 couples (to keep social distancing)

It will give parents-to-be a complete look at the process of labor and birth including; what to expect in childbirth, importance in preparation (physically/emotionally), & more.

Introducing you to birth through the eyes of a doula and childbirth educator.

Dates -Sunday, November 9th (2:00-8:00pm) - With dinner break
