This 3 hour virtual class will give parents-to-be a basic knowledge of what to expect in childbirth and introduce you to birth through the eyes of a doula.

Virtual classes will be held via Zoom. You just need a laptop, I-Pad or smartphone with Zoom downloaded. Once registered, you will receive a Zoom link, a comprehensive digital resource packet and afterward, a recorded copy of the class.
