Let’s Explore Birth Together!

This virtual class will give parents-to-be a basic knowledge of what to expect in childbirth and introduce you to birth through the eyes of a doula.

Virtual classes will be held via Zoom. You just need a laptop, I-Pad or smartphone with Zoom downloaded. Once registered, you will receive a Zoom link, a comprehensive digital resource packet and afterward, a recorded copy of the class.

Topics include:

• The stages of labor and strategies for each unique part

• When to go to the hospital and what happens when you’re there

• Navigating early labor together

• Medical and non-medical pain relief options

• Communication with your partner and your medical team

• Interventions, options, and alternatives

Includes 3 hours of virtual instruction via Zoom, a recorded copy to view anytime and some wonderful handouts for you and your partner to have to practice and use during labor!
