This 1.5 hour class will give parents-to-be a basic knowledge of what to expect in childbirth and introduce them to what

doulas do as well.

Topics include:

• Childbirth anatomy

• The different stages of labor

• Natural comfort tips

• Epidurals

• What is a doula?

• About our scholarship program
