So you've had your baby, now what? The first 10 days postpartum are a precious time for your new family, filled with so many new experiences. This workshop will help you prepare for the transition home by addressing topics that you will encounter during those first days with baby. From "down there care" to emotional health, meal prep, sleep strategies, and Q&A, we will cover a wide range of material. Come join us!
