Of course, all mothers desire a healthy pregnancy and baby, and working with a pregnancy health coach will give you practical steps to take towards the goal of creating healthy habits as a family.
As a certified pregnancy health coach working with expecting and nursing mothers, I am here to educate and empower you to have a positive pregnancy and postpartum experience. Through my classes and sessions you will learn:

An introductory class; Creating Healthy Habits, is all online. During these three sessions, we will touch on L.E.A.N Principles, Meal Planning, and Self Care. You will also receive a Pantry Makeover Kit, which I will walk you through step-by-step, making your transition to a healthier pantry as smooth as possible. This also includes a virtual cooking class with a Certified Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor, which will give you hands-on practice in creating healthy meals and gets you started on the road to meal planning/prepping. During this three week workshop series, you will get a glimpse of the L.E.A.N Expectation Workshops, which was developed by world renowned physician Dr. Bill Sears and Martha Sears, RN, a leading childbirth educator and breastfeeding consultant. This complete program is relevant, simple and addresses the unique needs of pregnant and nursing moms.
