Breastfeeding may be the most natural thing in the world, but that doesn't mean it always comes naturally.
Most new moms struggle with breastfeeding in the beginning, but knowing some basic principles and easy tips can help those initial days go a little smoother.
This INFANT FEEDING module is 3 hours long. It's high-energy, interactive, and fun! We'll discuss breastfeeding basics, pumping, bottlefeeding, paced feeding, how to track feedings/diapers, going back to work, and what makes a good latch.

As your pregnancy nears its end, you may find the experience uncomfortable and just want the baby out. This is perfectly normal, as it’s perfectly natural to be excited to want to meet your little bundle of joy. Having said that, there are a lot of myths surrounding labor induction. As professional doulas, we have heard all sorts of old wives tales, let us help you sort out the myths.
Be prepared for your upcoming labor and birth. In this 1 & 3/4 hour workshop, we will learn ways to cope with all stages of labor. This is a fun, high-energy, interactive workshop that teaches many techniques and tips for journeying through labor more comfortably. Whether or not you plan to labor with or without medication, this workshop is guaranteed to give you (and your partner/labor support person) practical tools to use to make labor and birth easier.

This 3 hour class will give parents-to-be a basic knowledge of what to expect in childbirth and introduce you to birth through the eyes of a doula.
Topics include: Childbirth anatomy, the different stages of labor, natural comfort tips, epidurals, understanding all paths to birth.
