KNOWLEDGE is power
Preparing parents for the journey ahead is one of our favorite things to do as a full service Doula agency.
Join us for an upcoming group class, workshop, or schedule a private class in your own home.
We believe that each childbirth and parenting experience is as unique as the parent's themselves.
Our goals are your goals. We are here to help you learn about your options, learn about the most current recommendations and standards, and help you navigate the sea of options when it comes to birth and parenting.
Our Childbirth Educators are friendly, engaging, and teach using hands-on exercises, videos, and lively discussions.
Say NO to boring childbirth classes and say YES to a High Country Doulas group or private class!
