Preparing parents for the journey ahead is one of our favorite things to do as a full service doula agency.

At High Country Doulas we teach parents about many different tools, techniques, philosophies, and strategies that can be used when journeying through this beautiful, yet challenging life event.

Join us for an upcoming group class, or schedule a private class in your home.

Our up-to-date curriculum is taught by an experienced and certified childbirth educator. It prepares you for all of the amazing aspects of childbirth as well as for the unexpected and challenging moments.

Learn about the stages of labor, comfort measures, epidurals, long labors, birth plans, and more.

Classes are very interactive and also help prepare the mother’s birth partner to be confident in their ability to provide comfort during labor.
